Grape variety : Chardonnay
Origin : This Mâcon-Villages grows on a plot of 1 ha (2,5 acres) in the village of Hurigny. Thanks to its exposure to sun (south/ south-east) the grapes ripen beautifully to make this refreshing wine with inherent aromas of fruit and flowers, protected by low-temperature maturation.
Vinification : Thermo-regulated tanks (to control the temperature)
Development potential : Mâcon-Villages is a delightful wine which should be drunk while young (up to 3 years).
Serving temperature : 12°C
Serving suggestions : It is perfect as a pre-dinner drink but is also easy to match with food such as hors d’oeuvres, grilled meat or fish ( barbecue).

Origin : This Mâcon-Vergisson “La Roche” grows on a plot of land of 50 ares (1,25 acres) on the rock of Vergisson. Thanks to its clay and limestone soil and its southern aspect, right on the border of Pouilly-Fuissé, this wine is said to be Pouilly-Fuissé’s “little brother”.
Vinification : In 10 year old barrels
Development potential : Although very pleasant to drink young, the wine will grow softer with ageing for up to 5 years.
Serving temperature : 12-13°C.
Serving suggestions : Macon-Vergisson goes well with canapés, mixed salads, snails, mussels, fish in sauce or goat cheese.

Origin : The plot « Les taupes » is planted right at the border of Pouilly-Fuissé in the village of Bussières. This wine combines the purity of ripe fruit with the typical minerality of its terroir.

Grape variety : Chardonnay
Origin : This Saint-Véran grows on a plot of 0,50 ha (1,25 acres) in the village of Leynes. Planted in rows running up the hills, the vines yield a very fine and rich wine that is well-known for its mineral and floral undertones.
Vinification : in 8 year old barrels.
Development potential : The wine will improve for at least 5 to 6 years during which aromas of toasted almonds will slowly develop.
Serving temperature : 12 to 13°C
Serving suggestions : It does justice to canapés, starters, snails, white meat and poached fish.

Origin : This Pouilly-Fuissé is made from the plot called “La Roche” situated up the rock of Vergisson. Its typical Vergisson terroir brings minerality, balance and power to this cuvee. Its elegant and silky aromas are preserved by low-temperature maturing in thermo-regulated tanks.

Development potential : Pouilly-Fuissé is a fine wine for ageing. Thus, it is worth leaving it in the cellar from 3 to 10 years.

Serving suggestions : Straightforward, rich and complex, it has a characteristic hint of minerality which allows it to partner noble crustaceans (lobster, crayfish…) as well as foie gras. With acidity and smoothness beautifully balanced, it also goes well with fish or white meats (veal or poultry)

Origin : This Pouilly-Fuissé is made from one of the best plots of Vergisson: “Ronchevat”. 1/3 of a hectare of vineyards facing south, planted on clay-limestone soils of Jurassic origin. The predominance of clay provides richness, opulence and structure to the wine.
Vinification : In 3-5 year old barrels. Mindful of traditions, Pierre-Emmanuel makes this cuvée in 3-5 year-old barrels as his ancestors used to do. This results in a wine, beautifully rounded and fullbodied without loss of its natural aromas of white flowers and exotic fruit.
